RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Any request for cancellation to be made within 1 hour from the time of order confirmation.
  • Once the order is cancelled we will initiate the refund within the next 48 hours.
  • Once dispatched the order cannot be cancelled.

 

Refund options

If Spiceyfy is unable to deliver your order, then a complete refund will be made. We do not take responsibility, if the delivery is delayed or not delivered by the vendors because of the bad weather or any other unexpected circumstances. However, for such orders, we refund 100% of your money. All payments for a refund of the Transaction Price shall be done within 7 days as follows and in accordance with the provisions contained herein and applicable laws in India, particularly the directions issued by the Reserve Bank of India from time to time for opening and operation of accounts and settlement of payments for electronic payment transactions.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also, please keep in mind that the regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Please do note that the food products which are ordered are of top quality and it does not contain any preservatives, as a result, the shelf life of the products will be below the normally used packaged products. This makes it difficult for us to provide the return facility for food products, hence this facility will not be available for food products.

 

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to SPICEYFY, Kallarackal building Kumily,Idukki, Kerala 685509

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over Rs 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
