About the Product
Kurunthotti, sometimes known as Sida, is an annual herb or shrub with yellow flowers and distinctively shaped leaves. Bala, as it is known in Sanskrit, is extremely beneficial in Ayurveda and traditional medicine. It is prevalent throughout Kerala, particularly in the central districts of Kottayam and Idukki.
Benefits
- Kurunthotti is the active ingredient of various Ayurvedic medications, including Dhanwantaram, Balataila, and Balarishtam, since it is a good treatment for rheumatoid arthritis and rheumatoid rheumatism.
- Historically, it has been used to make herbal shampoos (thaali) to treat hair problems.
