Rasnadi Choornam is an ayurvedic polyherbal powder containing a unique blend of 23 herbs. It is placed on the crown of the head during sudation therapy (Swedana) to alleviate bodily stiffness, heaviness, and coldness. This medicinal powder is intended for external use only and should be placed to the top of the scalp after bathing and gently massaged for a few minutes.

Usage: After bathing, apply to top of head and gently massage for a few minutes.
